1. Overview
These terms govern access to our singing courses and related services in Indonesia.
By using Gentle Rain Vocal Lab, you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any course-specific guidelines. Services are intended for individuals aged 13+ with legal capacity under applicable Indonesian regulations.
We may update these terms to improve clarity or comply with regulations. Material changes become effective after notice is provided via the website or email.
If you do not agree to updated terms, you must stop using the services before the effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it to keep it accurate. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, suspected fraud, or security risks, with or without prior notice as permitted by law.
Account access may be limited if we detect unusual activity, chargebacks, or policy violations.
3. Payments
All prices are in IDR. Taxes and policies follow applicable Indonesian laws.
Payments can be processed via bank transfer, virtual account, or supported e-wallets. By submitting payment details, you authorize us and our processors to charge your selected method.
Refunds, if applicable, follow our refund policy. Currency conversion, bank fees, and third-party charges are your responsibility.
You agree not to circumvent fees or engage in fraudulent disputes. Late payments may result in access suspension.
4. Schedules
Classes follow WIB time unless stated otherwise.
We strive to start sessions on time; however, rescheduling may occur due to instructor availability or force majeure. We will notify you and offer alternatives where possible.
You are responsible for checking your schedule and joining on time. Missed sessions may be forfeited according to policy.
Recordings, if any, are provided at our discretion and may be available for a limited time.
5. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, total liability for claims relating to the services is limited to fees paid by you in the last 3 months.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intentional misconduct.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these terms.
